One of the biggest chains of self-service professional wholesale stores METRO Cash & Carry has teamed up with Simply Contact to create a client-oriented call center. Simply Contact’s experts have already begun to work on the implementation and full development of the METRO’s outsourced call center.
METRO Cash & Carry is the biggest retailer in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Its wholesale centers offer a range of up to 30,000 food and non-food products. More than 90% of the products presented in METRO wholesale stores are purchased from national suppliers and manufacturers.
METRO Cash & Carry chooses Simply Contact for its quality of external sales and customer service, as well as successful experience of working with international companies.
The project includes 15 agents who work with the inbound and outbound lines in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The contact center also includes additional channels like live chats and website call back requests. All these activities help customers get immediate feedback with complete product information, accounting and return issues, complaints, offers of potential partnerships, and much more.
