Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business to the Cloud Call Center Search division and also promoting Outsource Consultants business offerings. https://cloudcallcentersearch.com/company-background/

This role is for a true sales hunter and there is no defined sales territory, this is a global sales position with a residual commission to sell 100+ technologies including cloud telephony, workforce management, AI, CRM, gamification and many more! Requirements:

  • 10+ years of contact center industry and contact center software technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years of cloud Enterprise software business development and/or sales management experience.

ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

90% Business Development:

  • Promote and sell Cloud Call Center Search, Outsource Consultants, general consulting BPO related consulting services, and all new technology services to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prospect for cloud referral partners, reaching out to enterprise technology and BPO sales executives within the industry to set up referral partner relationships.
  • Complete sales related tasks and activities increasing consumer awareness to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong department and accounts knowledge to successfully assist with company strategies while working primarily with the General Manager and President.
  • Travel is required up to 25% of the time.

8% Administrative:

  • Work with coordinating departments to update documents, follow up with questions, and maintain thorough communication between departments.

2% Miscellaneous:

  • Maintain knowledge of the cloud and contact center industry and product lines.
  • Maintain flexibility in the workplace to accommodate a fast-growing entrepreneurial company where changes are fluid.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Administrative and Sales Experience:

  • 10+ years of contact center industry and contact center software technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years of cloud Enterprise software business development and/or sales management experience.
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email, social selling, and web conference.
  • Experience with calendar and task management.
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, be independent, manage time effectively, and be a self-starter.

Technical Experience:

  • Experience in cloud-based technology organizations with basic understanding of cloud architecture.
  • In-depth and demonstratable knowledge of various contact center related technologies such as WFM, WFO, AI, CCaaS and more.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology with a focus on client discovery and team selling
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies landscape and the marketplace with the ability to work through sales discovery processes in order to assist clients to find the right technology.
  • Familiarity using Mac OS platforms and Internet/PC proficient.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Calendar experience.
  • Experience with telephone systems and conference calling.
